App isnt responding

Problem

It might happen that the app loads wrong data from the temporary memory. The prediction game menu can hence not be used for example. The app isn't responding.

Android Solution

You can delete the temporary memory with the following steps:

1. App "Settings"
2. Clic on "Manage Applications" or "Apps"
3. Clic on "Kicktipp" (maybe in the installed apps tab)
4. Clic on "Clear Data" (maybe "Storage" first)
5. Clic on "Force Stop".
6. Then open the app normally, log in and open your prediction game.

iOS Solution

Here one unfortunately has to delete the app and install it again from the AppStore in order to empty the temporary memory.
