Our website is marketed by the advertising marketer Ströer Digital Media GmbH, 20457 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Ströer") and we have concluded a joint responsibility agreement with Ströer in accordance with Article 26 GDPR with the following content:
- The parties shall determine the purposes and/or means only for joint data collection as joint controllers.
- Upon request, a version of the agreement summarising confidential topics will be made available to the data subjects.
- Ströer or third parties commissioned by Ströer are responsible within the meaning of Art. 4 para. 7 GDPR for the display of interest-based advertising and for the data processing concerned.
Subject to your consent, cookies from Ströer's vendors are stored on your computer via our CMP to record your usage behaviour.

Ströer's services and third-party technologies are used and processed by non-IAB vendors exclusively on the basis of the "Use with advertising" user agreement entered into in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR for the following purposes:
- for the continuous improvement and administration of our offer,
- to measure the success and optimisation of our advertising measures
- to be able to send you advertising, in particular personalised marketing information, and
- to be able to continue to offer you a free website, which we have to refinance through personalised advertising.
You can stop the use of advertising at any time via the "Advertising tracking" link. By clicking on the "Reject all" button, the authorisation to use kicktipp is immediately terminated and the processing by Ströer and the vendors is prevented.
